I am undoing a total kitchen remodel so I am unable to make anything at home due to the appliances not accessible. I decided to go to 7 Eleven for a Cuban Grill PRESS Sandwich, upon entering the store the employee was standing behind the counter, I wasn't greeted......

Sounds like they need to hire some Hispanic Immigrants to run that store. Everything would be run real nice and you'd be happy with the place.

I had a very miserable experience at Publix tonight thanks to four associates. My husband and I went into this Publix around 8:00 p.m. on 7 December 2016 with our baby, intending to only be there about 5 minutes to pick up a few things. Our baby started crying as we...

Oreilly Auto Parts - Unprofessional Demeanor

I went into the store for my first time as they had just built this specific Oreilly in just under a year. I go in and find the right oil filter I needed but I also needed the right sized oil filter wrench so I wouldn't have to come back later on and return it. The lady that was supposed to help me just started asking me what type and year my car was just to tell me the exact oil filter I needed, even though I already have the oil filter in my hand. I tried to re-word my question so she would understand but she just told me to go look for it and see if they would match up. She was very rude about it and I took about 20 or so minutes just looking for the right one. Being the only customer in the store at this time and taking that long, she didn't even care to come check up and even say, "did you find it". As I looked up the specifics on my phone and found the right size to my specific car, I went to check out and then she asked for my phone number and information. I asked her what it was for and she told me very rudely, "well if you want warranty on this" and then just signed me up to be a store rewards card member, which I did not even approve, though it was free, she did not ask if I wanted to be a member. I don't want this lady fired but to re-learn her customer service without the attitude. With this experience probably will never go back.

7 Eleven - Some sort of prejudice but now clue what it is. 2407 N Union Blvd Colorado Springs, CO 80909

Basically the conflict very subtly starts when I was making my coffee and the cashier, the only employee in the store at the moment (as far as I could see), comes over acting as if he has something to do while commenting, "Oh, I didn't see you come in here." I use the term acting because the moment he came and squatted down at whatever he was pretending to or might have actually been doing he began looking at me and talking to me (how can you focus on the task in front of you while making eye contact with someone to your left?) and the moment he was finished talking he left. To me this says you were either pretending to do something or you took some time and premeditated what you wanted to say/said it before to someone else/etc. and you just didn't want to yell it across the store. Mind you, he said this in a fine enough tone that I initially thought nothing of it until I got to the register to check out. I only got a coffee and all of the sudden he was silent, he was dismissive and everything about him at the moment said 'I want nothing more than for you to get out of here.' And when he made that comment he sounded pretty nice so I playfully replied "Yeah, I guess I kind of ninja'd in." The time between him making the "I didn't see you" comment and me going to the register was probably another 5-10 seconds or so. What struck me as odd was not only that he went from friendly to an aura of 'get the *** out of my face' within that short time but firstly, he was talking to the guy that held the door open for me when I walked in and he was talking to him like they might have been friends (or maybe just a friendly regular) or something so I know he was in a good mood when I first got there. Secondly, shortly after I walked in he walked away from the cash register but he was still making a statement as if it was a big deal that he didn't see me walk in WHEN HE WAS AWAY FROM THE REGISTER, need I remind you. Also, the register is literally about as close to the entrance as it can get, so yeah, if you walk away, no, you're not going to see who came in. The combination of that comment and his attitude upon checking me out says to me that he probably suspected that I was going to steal something. However, while I was making coffee I was toying with my phone as well so I guess I was standing there a little to long for his comfort. It was pretty dark at this time (and let's just face it, more trouble really does happen in the dark), it was about 5 or so pm but I was standing at the area between the coffee counter and the counter holding bananas, muffins and whatever else on it which was at the back wall of the store. Both counters are separated by probably like 5ft at the very least. Not only are my arms not that long but I'm fiddling with an app I just recently downloaded with my back turned away from that counter. Unless he was, for whatever reason, especially anal about how much cream and sugar people use or just harbored a hatred for people who drink coffee period then I don't get this guy's problem. The only thing that was clear is that he probably feels good that he "stopped the bad guy" or whatever garbage he disillusioned himself with. Also at the register, I like to cross me T's and dot my I's when it comes to mannerisms; I say thank you, no answer, just silence and glancing around with a dull expression like he's getting impatient while I put in my pin, sign my receipt: the cash out works. I was getting ready to tell him to have a nice day, he left about as quickly, if not quicker, than his mood changed. I think I might have even asked him how he was during this all but this guy was just being a ***. I don't know if it was my age, or at least how old I look, my skin color, gender or whatever (because apparently dressing a certain way determines sexuality to some people). There was no clear indication as to what he disliked about me so much (and once again, he could just hate coffee drinkers) but it was just some blonde guy who apparently works Wednesdays and the "2nd shift" (at least I think working around 5-6pm is part of the "2nd shift") and I wish that I had gotten his name so I could put it in this post. Anyhow, I think he has a mustache (might have shaved it for all I know, young looking guy but yeah, Wednesdays and 2nd shift unless he quit, got fired or changed his hours otherwise (or unless I caught him working over time). Stop drinking haterade, my friend. :P
