Payless Car Rental - Car would not start day four. Quoted $212. Charged $564.

Car would not start on last day of 4 day rental, a Saturday. Automated run around calling trying to get help with a replacement . Transferred to busy signals, terrible connections out of the country, bad information all around. Their third party tow company charged me the fee. Had to rent from different company on day 4, charging one way rates. Billed credit card $564 when quoted $212. Had car 3 days. My total cost for 4 days including other car needed to get to the airtport was $781. 3 Complaints were filed on website. Responded once stating the complaint was closed. Weeks later from that rental location employee told me the manager was coming to phone refusing to give me any other number, then transferred me to someones voicemail. A final response was offer to reimburse $48.

Green Motion - Unauthorized deposit taken

They were to only take $500.00 on hold, but they literally charged it to my credit card. They said that after 15-20 business days I would get it back if there were no tickets. Well, two months later I still have not gotten it back. They also sent an invoice for another $160.00. They have now had everything frozen and the Britain main office is now taking care of things. I can't phone or leave a message. Their phone mailbox is full and nobody answers the phone. Now I have the credit card company taking care of matters because the British main office sent a letter stating that the $500.00 was taken authorized and I am to contact the credit card company about this matter. I am still waiting for this matter to get resolved.

I got cheated by Green motion while traveling in London. I booked a walk in for 1 day and after returning they charged 1035 USD for a minor scratch in rear bumper and 2 scratches on axial wheels. I felt cheated and returned from London with bad experience. I started my trip happily and booking a car for 1 day at Green motion completely ruined my trip. Please stay away if you want to leave happily from your trip.... GREEN MOTION company and employer are cheaters.... I communicated with green motion through email to settle the issue but they didn't send me enough proof on the damage, yet they charged me $1035, which is not a small amount for me. I felt deceived and still remain with the bad feeling even after 2 months of the trip.
