Lucky Tackle Box - Cancelation is a PIA! And after a couple months thye restart!
First, the web site has no link for cancellation, they ask for a email to customer servicer and do not supply the link. They have no phone number. I final got a email return saying cancelation, now here we are a few months later and they charge me again. It's un-authorized charges and they are breaking credit car rules. BUYER BE WARE!

Time Warner Cable - Lied to at least once. Debatably twice. Kept getting billed.
I canceled my cable service in Charlotte, NC on 8/26/16. I received a bill after canceling and called them on 9/5/16 to confirm. The representative said it took 12 days to process and prorate. I later received a bill for the Next billing cycle. I called them again on 9/16 to confirm. This time the representative said that bills are printed a month in advance so they couldn't catch the letter. Here's the thing - this latest bill was mailed to my NEW address (it wasn't forwarded - my new address is on the printed document). I don't understand how they could have printed my address before I gave it to them. I feel like they're either fishing for me to make a mistake and make an extra payment or their systems aren't lined up and I could still be getting billed in one of their departments. Ridiculous. I actually had Time Warner for years before and canceled to try AT&T (also for a few years). I then went without cable/internet for a while (job kept me away) and when I signed up again I went back to Time Warner. I don't think I'll try them again if given the opportunity.
