Bought a shark nv831 6 months later little plastic gear that drives soft roller broke called shark can't buy that part have to replace whole lower unit offered me 50% off and free shipping. The unit is only six months old REALLY just sell me the gear and ill fix it myself $400.00 vacuum i refuse to pay for it ill switch to a different company that actually stands behind their product.

Offerup - I was cheated

Be careful if an item needs to be shipped. There is very little you can do after you receive the item if it is broken or if you have some problem. Offerup gives you 2 days to file a complaint. After that you are screwed. Andrew from Olympia Fields Ilinois, sold me an espresso machine which didn't work. He communicated with me for 2 days..just long enough for time to run out on filing the complaint. That's that! Offerup will do nothing to help you. See the item before you buy it. Don't buy if it needs to be shipped. One pissed off consumer
