Wayfair's billing ways are the only thing that is negative on my credit report

Has anyone else had issues with the how Wayfair does its billing? I've tried to explain that you can purchase something in September and it's possible to not have it show up on a statement until December. The offer no auto-billing. I was VERY ill and there were times I didn't see my Wayfair bills. I didn't owe very much. I believe I've paid more in supposed late fees than I have in merchandise. I will NEVER use that card again. I'm trying to explain this to the various credit reporting agencies, but it appears that Wayfair just confirms the original information that was reported. I'm looking for people I don't know that have experienced the same type of billing issues.

I went in for a comprehensive exam and cleaning on February 14th, 2019 to this Aspen Dental office in Smyrna, TN. After having issues with the X-Ray machine not working, and being told I have some severe dental issues, they said that I would be looking at a bill of...

You are right. There is no such law. The scammers invested that "law" out of thin air. It is also a scam to advertise $19 for an exam and charge insured patient another fee. D...

I am renting a house with a newly-installed, almost $10,000 Airtemp A/C system, that has a 1-year, all-inclusive warranty on the parts and installation, according to the home-owner. The system is only 7 months old and we've only had 2 issues. One was the filter had to...

I have missed trash pickups every month, from this company. I have lodged a total of SEVEN complaint calls each time it happens. They always promise to come right out and fix it, or pick it up, but never do. I recorded all my calls, and informed them as such. Then they...

The company has the WORST customer service I have ever seen, literally. One cannot update or change any information on the account page, and talking with the online chat reps or phone reps is pointless. They promised to place my account on hold in December 2017, but...

I had two significant dental procedures scheduled, I checked coverage for these with my insurance. I personally went to the office to make sure that they had submitted the paperwork to my insurance. I was assured that this was done. (It was not.) On the day of the...

14 months ago I traded in my iPhone 6 to get an iPhone 7 plus. I was supposed to get $27.08 credit on my account every month for 24 months. Unfortunately I lost my iPhone 7plus after a couple months. So I was very excited when iPhone X came out. Of course, on the very...

After two years my price increased from $50/mo to $90/mo. I immediately called to cancel my service and the operator begged me not to and offered a temporary credit to my account. He said that all he could do was give me a temporary credit to my account and after the...

Apria billed us for 6 months for $72.99 despite our sending them a copy of the check they cashed 6 months ago for $72.99. We now have a collection notice for $18. and change. Amounts we were never billed for. How can we possibly trust that we owe that amount? There are...

So true, I have had the same issues with them and their billing department. I got a bill for no reason. I quit using them.
