Greyhound - Refund issue

I am writing to make a huge complaint against greyhound for the troubles of me receiving my travel voucher. I purchased my tickets back in May 2016 confirmation number 89193553. I mailed in my tickets in June 2016 and still as of yet received my travel voucher. I am very frustrated and disappointed with the customer service hotline that specializes with the refund. They are not helpful and when asked to speak with a supervisor or manager no one is around to accept my call. This is not good for business. I am at a point now to where I am ready to sue this company for a full refund. I do not even want a travel voucher in return anymore due to the lack of assistance and the long waiting period. My refund number is 127983. It should not take this long to receive anything and every time I call they keep stating they are waiting for the back end to put it in the system which makes no sense waiting from June-November and still nothing. I need to hear back from someone in charge regarding this matter. Thelma Tanner

Greyhound - Station not open at South Bend Airport

I purchased my tickets online and chose to pick the up will call at the South Bend Indiana Regional Airport. I was present at least one hour in advance as stated in your policy. However the ticket office was scheduled to open at 9:10 am. I was there at 8:15 am. My bus was scheduled to depart at 9:35. The ticket window did not open at all and my bus arrived. I explained to the bus driver that I was unable to pick up my ticket as the ticket office had not opened. The bus driver asked if I was only going to Chicago. I explained that I was going to Iowa. He allowed me to get on the bus and to pick up my tickets in Chicago. The bus driver stated that has happened with some regularity. This is not good business. I was worried that I had spent my money and was not going to get on the bus. The operator at the airport need to be available at the times the office is scheduled to be open! He is representing the company and doing a poor job. My thanks to a volunteer employee at the airport who explained that this has happened quite regularly and put my mind at ease by telling me that I would be able to pick up my ticket in Chicago after the bus picked me up. I will not use the airport service again until this problem is resolved. Thank you

GREYHOUND BUS ST.LOUIS SCAM OPERATOR! CANCELLED JOURNEY OF THIER OWN ACCORD BUT REFUSE REFUND

Visited St Louis, MO and had booked tickets for 4 travellers to Memphis on the Megabus initially but due to the bad weather conditions Megabus cancelled journey so we rebooked with Greyhound who advised the bus next day would be definitely going to Memphis. HOwever after we went to the terminal to check-in, we were advised that No it wouldn't be going that day as scheduled (no reason provided except perhaps it was again blamed on weather but we did call 30 mins before leaving to the terminal and were assured it was not cancelled) and they flat refused to refund us despite sending them numerous emails. Haven't heard from them still a month later. We took a flight out of St Louis and cancelled our trip to Memphis but still waiting for our refund with Greyhound. Are these guys a legit business or scam artists??!!!
