Billion Auto - Worst company EVER!!!!!

This joke of a company could not diagnose a 2600 dollar timing chain problem on two occasions that I had my truck in and under warranty. The problem was diagnosed elsewhere two months after it fell out of warranty and Billions response was that it's not their problem. I will never do business with them again. Ever!

Avantco Refrigeration - Very UNHAPPY with Warranty and quality of this company

The compressor on my Avantco Model 178SS1RHC reach-in refrigerator failed after only 15 months. Warranty covered the replacement compressor but not the Labor. The Labor to install the compressor is about 50% of the cost of the Unit itself. The Unit requires a special new propane-based coolant not commonly used in commercial or residential refrigerators. Find it very hard to spend another $700 for repair of a relatively new commercial refrigerator. Very very unhappy.

Gearbest - Return policy to China stinks

I purchased an ILife vacuum in December. It lasted about one week. What I did not realize is that this company is out of China. You have to ship the item back to them. They do not reimburse this expense. The cost to ship this back is a bit over $82.00. This is nuts. Buy from an American based company like Amazon so that if it does not work the warranty process is easier and better for you the buyer....not better for the seller of defective merchandise. They are offering me $28.00 for the broken item. I suppose I will take it but buyer BEWARE and DO NOT order anything from this company.

Hhgregg - Warranty sucks! Don't buy from them

Bought a 50 Toshiba Led tv 2yrs ago. Recently I had a issue with the tv and had to file a repair claim with the warranty company. It has been 1 month now and still no tv no store credit and I'm told they are waiting for parts. The tech that was repairing my tv informed me he sent in the information twice, letting the warranty company know a estimate of how much the repair is. They denied having the information and still have no clue about my tv or credit. I was told I would have a piece of mind buy that warranty it' been the worst decision of my life and I will never step foot into HHgregg again , and recommend no one buy anything from them. Their corp office doesn't care I was talking to a supervisor and she put me on hold then transferred my call to the warranty company. The only 2 tv's in the store of equal value are smaller and outdated models than my tv , either I got robbed and it started in their store . warning don't but any extended warranty...... Go to BestBuy!
