Sling Tv - Wow they actually refunded me

Let the 7 day trial go over by a few hours before catching it and cancelling. Checked every option on the plan too so the bill was almost $80. Called the card company first and learned I couldn't dispute until the payment processed fully. Gave Sling's chat a try and asked nicely... whaddya know: they refunded me immediately and it was even a pleasant process. Good on them. Instead of a bad taste in my mouth after getting screwed over they left a favorable impression. I don't want to burn their corporate offices down and may even consider them again in the future possibly. Not sure if I was lucky or if they realized cable company tactics don't build positive perceptions out of possible customers down the road.
