they will not send a return label on my order...I have requested it 3 times by email like I was suppose to do. will never buy anything again was on hold for 35 minutes each time when trying to call...when answer put on hold again for 10 minutes...sent me back to Walmart who said no factorybuydirect should handle the return through email..it has been 9 days and no reply.. Factory Buys Direct - No reply, no answer, no nothing

Ordered a gas fireplace, before I found all the complaints. Received a notice "shipped" without a working tracking number or by whom and approximately time of arrival. Called customer service and just like all the other complaints no answer. Once left call on speaker for 45 straight minutes no answer. Not answering emails (2). I am afraid I was taken just like all the rest. So far gas fireplace has not arrived and I'm pretty sure it's going to be that mysterious shippers fault. It's pretty bad when they take your money in just a few minutes with no problem and seem to run with it!
