American Home Shield - WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!

Please do NOT do business with this company! They wasted more of my time trying to get a hold of them to speak to a representative than the amount I pay them annually! I submitted a claim to them back in January of 2018 and that was never responded to by one of their vendors for my microwave. It is now February of 2019 and they are still saying that I still owe them $75.00 for a vendor that never showed up to fix the microwave. They are not allowing me to submit any new work requests to fix anything in my home because my account is showing this $75.00 outstanding balance that they have still not removed showing on my account. **************I AM WARNING EVERYONE TO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AMERICAN HOME SHIELD!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT******************

Sirius Xm Radio - Illegal billing practice

I purchased a new truck in 2018 which had xm radio activated. They service ended, xm was shut off and later I received an e-mail stating they would reactivate my service for 6 months at $30. When I called they said I had an outstanding bill of $41. I told them I purchased the truck new and it had the service provided by the dealership and I had not authorized the initial service or anyone to extend the service. They would not listen and demanded I pay the $41 before they would honor the internet e-mail. I spoke with Benjamin.

Christina Cosmetics - Don't Care About Customer Service

I ordered these products on 1/19/19, the mascara was on back order. I didn't care for the products much (for me), but I wanted to see how the mascara was considering this is all I typically wear. I received the mascara this week, I tried it and didn't care for it. I then called customer service to return the products now that I had all of them. I was told that I am 2 days past my 30 days and no refund would be given. Pretty bummed considering I just received the mascara this week. There should be some wiggle room/exceptions when all the products aren't received in a timely manner.

Pnc Bank - Worst bank ever

Have been with PNC over 20 years over last two years bank has become predatory and dishonest have been lied to on numerous occasions problems with them paying vendors with my money paying unauthorized payments which cost me hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees and service charges after 20 years shopping for new bank my advice is to stay away from this bank

My crockpot exploded
My crockpot exploded while I was doing the dishes with my 7 week old infant in my arms. It ruined 3 days of food. I had to brush glass off my tiny baby. The customer service representative refused to reimburse the price of the pot or food. She simply suggested she replace the pot with the same model. (I wouldn't evn consider putting my family like that again.) Shame on Crockpot. I am certain if this has happened to me, it has happened to others. Contacting a lawyer.
