The Wall Street Journal - Poor Customer Service - robbed me of my money without providing me the paper.

I just had to cancel my WSJ subscription due to the fact that I was not receiving my paper and they would not reimburse me for a service that I paid for and was not provided. I called customer support and they said they "could not process a refund" which is obviously a lie. They failed to recognize that customer retention is the most important and cheapest way to make money. Your greatest customers are your existing customers. There goes 50 years of revenue for you guys. Its sad that I had to cancel my subscription to one of the few conservative media outlets left. Try appreciating your customers - it works!

TruGreen - No response to emails or calls

First time they came out they left a note stating that my gates were both locked. When I hired them I said to use the west gate so they obviously didn't check both "gates". When he did finally come out, he left my gate open and my dogs all got out. They never did spray my boulevard so I emailed corporate and never got any kind of response for over a week so I emailed again saying I would call to cancel service. Well to my surprise, TruGreen had kindly already cancelled my service and never even called or emailed me back. I then texted the person Sergio that I bought my service from and no response from him either after he stated if I had any issues to notify him. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY WITH EMBARRASSING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will badmouth your company to anybody I know because your junk. You obviously only care about the bottom dollar so hopefully you go *** up soon!!

Baymont Inn And Suites - RUDEST STAFF EVER AND STOLE CC INFO GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE

I called a Baymont Inn location in Savannah Ga to book a reservation, she said that she was at the counter and couldn't help me so she transferred me to some reservation line that is outsourced to India. The woman took all my information, the date that I wanted, claimed to make the reservation and that she would email me the confirmation. 3 hours passed and ZERO confirmation came through the mail. I call back and no one can find me under my name, or the date I chose. The worst part is the fact that this company has ZERO way to look up a customer by credit card in their system, not even using the last 4 digits of the card to locate any transaction created or made. This causes massive problems, because, as we all know, people from other countries can EASILY get a date wrong, or spell someone's name incorrectly because HEY, English isn't their first language. Not only that, but when you call in you get the most rude customer service representatives ever. They hang up on you, make fun of you because of your situation. I don't know if they hire high school kids to take their calls but this is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Just trying to get someone to listen to what's going on is like beating your head against a brick wall. Customer service shouldn't be this bad. I've stayed everywhere--from Sleep Inns to Comfort Inns to Holiday Inns to Hilton inns and NEVER had customer service this bad. Wyndham chain of hotels dies off--they need a re-org and customer service skills.
