My food was 20 minuets late, there was no sauce, the food was completely cold . Ruined my entire meal and I paid 30 dollars for this . After saying my order was on the way and then the driver made a stop even though they were late on the way to my house. When the driver got here they rudely said “didn’t you get my text dude?” When there are no messages informing me rally’s was taking a long time. I under food places being busy and taking a long time and it’s not the drivers fault, but don’t take it out on us one and two the food wasn’t even hot.

From a 3 yr multiple order customer.Sent a text message to CS when my Eyeglasses ( MontBlanc ) arrived damaged. Was asked to send back photos. I did. No response, after numerous attempts. Being frustrated I sent an email to Chelsea at CS and asked for my future Montgrappa Pen order to be cancelled because I was frustrated. She wrote back and said "sorry your disappointed in your future order but all sales are final. I tied to explain that it wasn't the Pen I was unhappy with but the lack of response on the glasses. Again , no response. Very unhappy. Spent a lot of money with the company

Zelle Pay - If you have phone service via google phone do not use Zelle.

I tried to send money to my son only to have him told by the people at zelle that their system does not support google phone. So it now will take 17 days for the money to be (hopefully) returned to my account and during this time zelle has its use. Ripoff and I will never ever use them again.
