Zelle Pay - I attempted to use Zelle to transfer funds to my son.

Their web sight said they could not connect to my credit union, so I assumed that was that, however the next day I found the funds were sent from my bank to Zelle. When I tried to contact Zelle all I got were recorded messages, no ability to speak to a rep. They said the funds would be returned to the credit union if not picked up in 3 days, that has not happened. They do not have such a thing as Customer Service

Boxycharm - Customer service is ***

I didn't receive my march box, tracking is inaccurate, contacted them. Absolutely no response. None. I was charged on the 1st, it is the 26th now, no boxycharm and no response fromt hem.

Centurylink was promised a 100 gift card and never recieved it and...

I moved and when I was not going to renew my services they offered a lower bill and gift card, I have never received the gift card and my bill is even higher than before I moved. Communication with this company is very difficult and at best the communication is false. My internet speed is always slow and when the weather is bad it really is bad.

NinjApparel - Ordered Clothing... nothing but excuses

As many other people have already complained about this site and the shop and their lousy service, I'm complaining about them just as well. ordered clothing for around 60$ and all i got after waiting patiently and asking them for any information were excuses about shipping and influx of new orders. so sick of it. As of writing this comment, their site seems to be down so it seems to me they up and left with the money they scammed out of everybodies pockets. I asked them for a refund, lets see if their facebook account support even responds to this at all...

NinjApparel - Barely know what to say anymore

Swindling, twisting-the-facts-company. Absolutely ridiculous. They'll say they refund you for a product that never arrives, they'll send you a jacket in the wrong size and claim it fits. If you want to return it, you'll have to pay for the shipping costs yourself, even when they're the ones at fault. 50+ emails later and it's gone from bad to worse, worse, worse. This is all just in a nutshell but they are scam artists under the hood of a company. Don't do it!
