Instacart - This is a Rip-Off Service

The grocery delivery person neglected to remove the original in-store receipt from the order. The difference between the in-store price and the Instacart total was over 23 percent (and we paid the delivery person $25.00 on the cart checkout and gave her $10.00 when she arrived with our groceries). In addition to this we were scheduled to receive our groceries within 5 hours of ordering on March 3rd, 2019 and yet we did not receive them until 10:25 AM on March 4th, 2019. We will not be using this service again as they are not transparent in their advertising.

I received an email from Instacart for a $20 promotion and the damn thing was expired but they sent me another email later saying hey we messed up (like usual) here is an additional $20 credit. Well, the whole $40 promotion was on my account and suddenly disappeared....

These people hire drivers with NO CLUE. There app converts my address to a different place so I have had to call and make sure there are notes to give proper directions. Twice I never received my groceries because the drivers just return them when they can’t figure it...

I worked for them the company was even less help to employees regarding returning phone calls, they were stealing tips and a ridiculous time clocked limit to pick up the groce...
