Gearbest - Rip off merchants!

Ordered two items. First problem was the checkout price was £17 greater than the basket price, but swallowed that one as I wanted the items and it was still a good price. First item arrived, a robotic arm kit, which looked good. Until assembly, then i realised 1/3 of the parts were missing. I started a complaint that a month later is not resolved. Then the second item failed to arrive, despite tracking saying it was delivered. Customer support is useless, two out of two orders messed up. Do no use this company!
