Avasflowers - They didn't deliver my order to the funeral

I ordered an arrangement before 9am to be sent to a viewing to be held at 6pm today. I received a text at 5:15pm asking me to call. When I did, they said the arrangement I was not delivered and wanted a home address to send it to next week. I requested they send it tomorrow to the funeral. They said they can't because there are no florists there that belong to their group. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. They agreed and then called back and said their machine would only let them refund $61.63 of the $61.64 charge. When I went on their site and reviewed their service and wrote what happened, I got a message saying my review would not be posted because I had been marked as a spammer! Guess if you rank them a 1 (the lowest option), you get marked as a spammer.
