ATT - Uverse bundle and billing department dropped the ball

I have been with AT&T forever with automatic withdrawal from my checking account. Added a bundle December and it is awful. TV was cut off due to nonpayment, I was on the phone the first of Feb for 4 hours talked with 16 people -- everything was to have been handled. Now again last night -- tv cut off -- at&t blames direct tv, direct tv blames at&t, then at&t blame me. On the phone for 3 hours, talked to 13 people. They gave me a credit and set everything up again. Now my internet and home phone is cut off due to nonpayment. Spent 30 minutes on phone again. Requested my bills and will terminate my service with them due to unsatisfactory response. I have never received a bill, it was set to come out of my account but AT&T can not correct it. This morning customer service said it was ok to cutoff service but I have to pay off the contract. Not if they do not handle the problem on their end. Once I see the bills, I will stop with this outrageously expensive and arrogant company.
