Usps - Lost Package, Terrible Customer Service

In June of this year I mailed a package to Denver, CO from Orlando, FL with clothes, framed art from my sister, a memory box I had created, a brand new camcorder, and a few decorative items as I was moving in with my boyfriend in CO. I have never received the package. I, along with my dad back in Florida, contacted USPS MULTIPLE times to attempt to get this resolved. The items in that box were beautiful and sentimental, and it kills me that they are gone forever. Has USPS tried to contact me to update me on the supposed search they are doing? NO. Never. I WILL NEVER SHIP *ANYTHING* FROM USPS AGAIN. THEY HAVE NOT MADE ANY ATTEMPTS TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM, other than fill out some paperwork! I have never been this dissatisfied with customer service in my LIFE!

Why Can't the Sony Support Help Line Tell me a Camera Lens Size?

Holy smokes.....I just wasted 45 mins of my life on the Sony "help" line trying to find out the lens size for a Cyber Shot DSC-HX200V.... Simple question, all I asked was "what is the lens size?" Tough question right? It's not listed in the manual nor on the Sony website.... 5 departments later and guess what? You failed Sony.... bad customer service, no escalation team to resolve. (Call it the "not-helpful" line) How do you not know the lens size for one of your own cameras? Really, what is the big secret? What is the lens size? I'm not buying any Sony product ever again for this stupidity.....
