I signed up with Tag Mobile in Dec. of 2015...everything went fairly well with the application process and did receive my phone. I started the process of switching from another carrier to TAG Mobile on 9/27/2016. It took weeks for them to approve me because I didn't have the "right" paperwork. I am disabled i receive snap and medical and i have barely any income(way under the limit) Trust me when it sounds to good to be true they are not lying it is too good to be true. T mobile was the main carrier and I have had them in the past and Tag Mobile in not a T-Mobile Sub. No way I don't care what they say. Anyway stay away from them. I should have listened to the hundreds of complaints but i didn't i took the bait and learned my lesson....
