I ordered 2 sets of sheets from Taft through "View My Deal" on the View. I didn't like the color of one set and either wanted an exchange or a return. I contacted them, even offering to hand deliver the sheets to their return center which was just a few miles from my home, but they insisted that I mail the sheets back to them (at the cost of $11). I contacted them by e-mail and they sent me forms to fill out to include in the return package. That was the last I heard from them. They have the sheets, did not credit the $50 and have been ghosting every e-mail I have sent them. They basically kept the sheets and my money.
User's recommendation: Do not do business with this company. They are not trustworthy and I'm very surprised that a show like The View will advertise their company.
