Wrong Shipping

So, I placed an order. When I received a notice the order had been printed and was ready to ship, it showed an address that was incorrect. I spent the better part of a day trying to get anyone's attention at the company that their address was in correct (a simple typo). Each effort was responded to by a computer telling me that the item was being shipped and no changes could be made. Literally no option for speaking with a human rather than an obvious computer generated auto-response. In fact, their system was so terrible it forced me to claim the the item was not sent before it was actually shipped - absurd. They define the illiterate and moronic service response. Apparently, this system, works for them when they don't mis-ship to the wrong address - so it should work when they do. Never mind that if they had a human interface, they could simply modify the shipping label. Frankly, this is the most frustrating customer experience I have ever had from an established company. I will not purchase again. When I first attempted to flag the error, the item was still in the company's control and the label could have been correct. However, after 24 hours of non-responsive computer generated auto-responses, the item is in the shipper's control and our options are limited. How stupid is that? A problem that could resolve is now transformed into a problem that costs the company money. I do hope that some supervisory level group is reviewing this as I am confident they will know that supply chain SNAFUs like this will kill a company. I will monitor the shipping as the item is shipped to the wrong address. If it arrives at my home (based solely on the idea that my local USPS know me) then this will be no big deal. But, if the item is actually shipped to the wrong address, and that person fails to return the item, I want to confirm and proclaim that this company's lack of any meaningful customer service is solely responsible for the item being lost in shipping. Have fun shipping me a new item.

Printint for 2 months

Ordered 4 shirts totalling to a little over $100. After a month, contacted them, they said it was still printing. Sent a refund for $24. After 6 weeks, check up since status on website was still "Printing". Contacted them then received $50 refund. It has now been 2 months. STILL PRINTING!. Tried to cancell and get remainder of refund. Then, the automated email responded that it was too late to cancel as it was being printed already and would be shipped by June 6, 2020. This email was sent to me on July 12,2020!!! It has been 2 months and they are still Printing?!?! There may be $20 left to sent to me as a refund, but think of how much more of us having this amount and how much that would total to be in their posession for something not delivered!

Rip Off Site

This site steals designs from designers all over the world and tries to pass them off as their own. Nothing they have on their site is original. They should be shut down.

Items not received

After giving a reasonable amount of time for items to be shipped- 30 days, I contacted customer service and received a reply using COVID as an excuse for delay. Understandable but why advertise quick shipping when you started this particular product 2 months into the pandemic if you were experiencing delays? Been 10 days since I received contact from the company and still my items say printing. Never again.

Ordered a Social Distancing Shirt and waiting a month for it to arrive AND when it did it wasn't even the correct shirt, the sizing was WAY off and the skull that should be in the upper corner was practically down by the stomach area. Absolutely NO way to speak to an actual person because the automated service only gives 2 options. Email communication was RIDICULOUS. Would NEVER recommend anyone to purchase anything from them.

Very untimely arrival of product, horrible customer service!

I recently ordered a tank top from Tafilu. It has been almost 1 month, and I still have not received it. Of course the payment was taken from my account IMMEDIATELY. Customer service is HORRIBLE, there is no option to talk to an actual human being, so email is the only way to communicate, which naturally results in a delayed response. I tried to cancel my order weeks ago, and get a refund for the OVERPRICED, NON-EXISTENT item, and they wouldn't let me. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE, AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT!
