I am now in contact with customer service from Tado, but so far no real help offered. They just claim that I'm switching off the system myself with the App, but that is certainly not true.
I also don't know how I could switch off a couple of rooms and not all.
System switching off seems somewhat related with leaving the house, but that should not be. A bug in the App?
My Tado is switching off by itself. I reached out to customer service (was a pain to get passed the chat robot).
The lady claim that she could see that we were seitching off via the app. No way!
Yesterday I did not have s problem, but today again the system switched off. Not good!
You cannot get in contact with someone. You have to chat with a robot that only has limited options.
in the end I managed to put in my problem (system shutting down by itself). The gave stupid suggestions and would come back to me. They did not.
Next day next try: same story. I dont get any help!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. You offer nothing.The 2x of Smart radiators you provide has faulty battery and comes with E1 error, I bought new batteries and solved the issue.But expected you provid the new batteries.!!! Not satisfied
I acquired nine brand new smart thermostats. When we set all of them up, I noticed that one of them was not working and it displayed error E1, indicating a faulty battery. Please advise.

When it's good, Tado support works well. However, it can involve what seems like endless 'they do something, and then you have to re-start your system' iterations.Also, the wireless thermostat stopped working after less than 2 years and the only solution was to purchase a new one.
I am an existing customer with a Tado installation to control central heating and hot water in my house. Since the afternoon of 13/12/24, whenever I try to start the Tado app, I get the error message 'Connecting to the server has failed.
Please check your internet connection.' My internet service is working fine, both on home wifi and via the mobile network. I also cannot connect to any Tado service on the web using either my phone or a laptop.
I just get a 'The site cannot be reached' message for Tado.com, the community and the support sites. Thus, I cannot register the fault!

Don't know how to work our boiler
Hi we recently put a new baxi boiler in our home. It's a baxi 800 combi 2.
Now plumber showed my dad how to use tado control but they forgot now how it works and we have a tado control serial number is BP095200****. But we sometimes get the heating to work but that's by fluke but not sure really how to put heating on or switch heating off can you email me please and let me know stage by stage what to do to work our boiler. We need to know how to switch the heating on and off.

1)I want to know how to do a temperature offset using the Tado web app on Google Chrome on a Smart Radiator Thermostat.
2)I want to know how to do a temperature offset on Android 11 with the most up to date Tado app Smart Radiator Thermostat.
I can no longer see where the controls for this are on either Google Chrome or Android.

Injave tado for few years now . All was working as supposed but the last few days it is not
Each day it switches my heating on max setting
And the controls dont work well anymore
I need few attempts to switch the heating on and off from the app or change the temperature Ip and down to a hive the switch off or to stay within the set thermostatic temperature
Also the lines indicating the intensity of the boiler or heat the vertical swiftly lines are NOT reflective of the status of the boiler
Sometimes all those wonky lines are off but the boiler is till on
