I wish somebody would contact me and be a little faster when somebody needs equipment that is medically necessary. The last call I made all I got is the email saying that I was a pissed customer.

I was at work and I didnt have tails numbers so I got online and got this number and I finally got a customer service after two rings. Ive been waiting for months for answers about the document design which I cant on my phone and she was very nice.

She said she would call me back, which I never did get a number and nobody has called me since I requested them to have someone call me or resend the document or mail it in the mail and I still havent got any reply. My leg really needs this swelling so I hope somebody contacts me soon.
