Replace the ab portion that's not working right work fine first 4 5 times seems like only portion of pad working

I don't feel good I mean it was shipped Mar 19th I wouldn't think it should take this long not even close am I wrong?One star is for shipping issue I'll change to product if I ever receive it

For my product it's been a month
No one contact me but they took $150 of my dollars of my money and they screwed me over
I would like my money back before I go down there and find you and take it to court and sue you for everything you own and that's everybody in this business because you are liars about your product and delivery you said 14 days well it's been over a month so I don't know what your problem is.

4th request to cancel my order and reimburse funds
I had an unauthorized purchase of this Xab product and I requested an immediate cancellation just after the purchase. I have tried to call customer service to no avail.
I emailed and was assured the request was forwarded and I got reply yet,they still charged my account.
Why would anyone want to purchase from this company that has no customer service or support for their customers. The product gets terrible reviews and I would not encourage anyone ever purchase from this company!

Better customer support is needed. It's been over a week and I still haven't received my package. There have been no notifications and there's no phone number to call to speak with a customer representative.

I contacted you guys, and received an email that stated my complaint was delivered, but hadn't been read. I still have the issue, and the abdominal pad.
I want this resolved. Let me know how to send it back and send me a properly working one!
I just received the tactical x abs stimulator, and the abdominal stimulator doesn't seem to work like the two bicep stimulators. I used them for 15 minutes and felt the bicep strongly, but the abdominal I couldn't feel. I would like to continue to try and use the product and am only looking for a properly working replacement.

You say it takes 14 days to get head bent over a month and I still ain't heard anything from you so what's the problem with it.

Resolved: Defective equipment
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I simply ask them to replace the unit.
It wouldn't go past level 3 and wouldn't hold a charge.
The company replied quickly and sent me a new unit. Thank you for assisting me!

Resolved: Tactical abs , Everything i have delivered to my house , comes right to my house. I don't know why the driver can't find my house. I told the company to have the driver to call me .951805****
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I contacted abs company ,and told them iwas not interested in there device, and they where very understandind about returning there abs device.
they refuned my money with no questions at all. I'am very pleased with the outcome.
Very POOR customer service. They said they could not find my house, I've lived in this house for 36 years and never had a problem with delivery to this house.
I never had anybody not be able to find my house. What's this company's problem. I've called and called with know reponse from anyone. I want my Money back, i don't want to deal with this ab company ever again.

I ordered your abs set awhile back and they said the driver could not find my place . Since than i talked to someone at your shop and he said that the delivery would call me when he gets close to my house.
I have not heard from anybody. So were is my abs set now.

I have tried to reach this company for an answer to my delivery of the product I paid for and this company has 2 phone numbers that don't allow any kind of help or answers which is terribly making me
Checking why my order hasn't been delivered or to see how much longer it will take to receive my order.
