Ordered a product and was sent a different and cheaper version. They said it was not their fault that I did not get what I paid for.

The company refused to provide what they told me they shipped and took my money for.

The item continues to be for sale on their site. Crooked company AVOID THEM.

All they had to do was ship the correct item, they refused!

My question was simple. I would like to know if you can ship the Invisible Mace Pepper Spray to Canada. Unfortunately I have not received an answer to date.

I understand shipping delays due to the corona virus pandemic. Their website says item shipped in two days.

On the fourth day I checked in with them to ask if there were delays due to the pandemic and they said they were behind four days. A few days later I contacted them again and they said they were behind 5+ days. After seeing my item status was still in Packaging, I canceled my order. To their credit, they were very responsive when I sent them the two messages asking for status, I just wish I was given a more accurate timeline.

I honestly just got tired of waiting. I ordered from another site and my item shipped the next day. I will buy from Tactical Wholesalers when things settle down.

They are obviously super busy which is great for them. I would just like either a realistic shipping time frame given, or maybe an update from them after 11 days rather than me having to keep asking.

I ordered I Trump coin but my hand touched a bundle. You have no one for someone to fix or change their order.

I cant afford that bundle. Please fix it.

I ordered my package on Friday and understand that your shipping is 1-2 business days and that Saturday and Sunday dose not count and today is Wednesday and I still have not received my package so if I do not receive my package by Thursday or Friday I would like a refund because I was charged and I don’t even have a tracking number for my order!.

I ordered an item from these guys. I thought I might want to change the item so I sent a message saying"I may want to buy a different item than the one I ordered.

I'm not 100% sure yet but if I decide to. Is it possible?" They cancelled my order. I was not that upset I just thought it was a misunderstanding. The problem is I cannot get in touch with them now.

They do not take phone calls and I have not got a response yet.

I also have not been refunded yet otherwise I would just re order the item but they have marked the price of it up by $20 now. This has been a real headache and I would not recommend buying from them.

Not sure why everyone has an issue. Bought a Sightron 6-24x50 from them.

Great price super fast shipping. I even gat a call when they proved my ordere do to an addresse issue I would definitely buy from them again.

Spent thousands and order was cancelled with no clear explanation

I wish I could say that we had a pleasant experience with them....but I can't. A colleague of mine pointed me at them for a fairly large order yesterday (~$12k)...and all was going well...until I entered shipping information, and their system started replying "shipping options not available for that address...please check"...so I double, triple, and quadruple checked the shipping address...which we've used hundreds of times with other vendors....and it was correct. I clicked on the 'contact us' link on the top of their page...saw a phone number...great! Called it "we don't actually help people via phone, e-mail us or leave a message...."...left a message, sent an e-mail, and filled out their request for help form for good measure.

...no responses. Tried alternative shipping addresses...in DC, Maryland, and TX. (I even tried my personal address...they wouldn't ship to my front door!)

I should mention that this was a time-sensitive order, so I waited about an hour before looking for product elsewhere (which I found fairly quickly...paid about $50 more for the entire order...but given shipping likely being that much, not a big deal at all). Posted a review on resellerratings so people could be aware of this situation (and so, hopefully, the vendor might get the idea to fix these problems). About 5 minutes later...I got a response...on resellerratings....the vendor has flagged the review as a violation of TOS, claiming "purchase never occurred, therefore this review is invalid."

I posted this on ripoffreport...and they called it fraudulent...and STILL never attempted to right the wrong.

...I'm thinking we dodged a bullet, and if you're reading this, you should note to AVOID TACTICALWHOLESALERS.COM at ALL costs. You'll be glad you did.
