Failed to deliver service for which I paid extra

I ordered a part from them on Monday. 2-5 day shipping was $4.95. If I wanted next day air they charged $58.00. If I ordered before 12:00 noon my order would be processed same day. I ordered before 12:00 noon, with next day air shipping. They didnt process until Tuesday. Didnt get a tracking number and shipping confirmation until Wednesday. Now its Thursday and I dont have my part. Im not angry about that. Im angry that I was charged a $58.00 premium for expedited delivery and am not receiving what I paid for. They moderate their reviews and wont allow complaints to go through. Only good reviews. Contacted their customer support and received a canned response that said they arent answering questions regarding shipping or tracking. Youll get your *** when its shipped.
