I have had the same experience recently as one of your other pissed comsumers. I wrote the company an email demanding a refund within 10 days. No response. I have given them 5 more days to reply to a second email from me asking what they intend to do. If that is ignored, I plan to contact Florida's Attorney General, the BBB in the city of the parent company, report them to as many internet sites that specialize in reporting on entities using fraudulent business practices. Once the federal government is up and running, I will also report them to the Federal Trade Commission. The last thing I will do, on advice of a consumer complaint specialist here in Washington is to file a non-emergency police report. Note that I use email to communicate, send myself a CC so that I have a running record of all communication (or lack thereof). Using the phone means you have to be able to record both ends f the conversation, if you are lucky enough to get thru to someone.

Try calling another linked to them 866-209-**** - I called them on behalf of my father he was charged $95.88 in just 2 weeks by them for items he didn't even know he was ordering; they told me they will cancel the membership (and they provided a confirmation number) but could not refund what was already charged.

Unrecognized "pending authorization" of a purchase made on 3/8/2019 in the amount of $49.99 billed to my credit card.

For some reason, Tactical is billing my credit card and I do not recognize the amount nor the product as having made by me. I need someone to contact me asap at 925.282.0035 please. In February, I had responded to an advertisement about a Tactical Flashlight that was FREE and only s/h fees were to be billed. NOW, I see that Tactical is billing my credit card an amount of $49.99 which represents something but I don't know what. I never authorized this billing and now the company has my CC#. What do I do?

I have been getting reoccurring charges for $24.99 for a few months. Until now I did not know it was not something we did not buy.

There is no way to contact this Tactical Flashlight company to get a refund and stop the charges from coming.

This is defiantly a scam and fraud. I recommend that if you see it on your statement call our card company and file fraud charges.

On Feb. 26, 2016 I place an order online with Tactical Flashlight Shop in Wichita, KS for 2 key chain tools. As of April 12, 2016 I haven't received the merchandise or any response to my inquiries. There's no address or phone number for the company. The email addresses that I have contacted are burke@***.com and tacgear@***.com. I've since filed a dispute with my creditcard company in order to get a refund. The owner of the shop is Burke Jones but it is unclear if he lives in Wichita, Kansas or Olathe, Kansas. The total cost of the two keychain tools is $23.98. There are a number of complaints on their facebook page with no response from the company.
