TacPack - 25 days after order

I subscribed because a YouTuber that I'm a fan of sold me on them. I ordered a box with a code for extra items.

It has now been just under 1 month (25 days) of my order processing I just want an update on my order. No support page, email, or call number.

WTF? Am I crazy?

Could the package be lost? We'd love to look into this and come up with a fast solution. We are happy to send another box just in case the original one got lost!

Faulty product

Hi TacPack team huge fan of this company. I have just received my tack pack plus box today and did have a concern.

The mantis x2 seems to be faulty. I don't blame this on you guys what so ever it's not your product. I'm quite familiar with the mantis systems and don't usually have any issues with them. However after opening the package and placing the x2 on the charger it didn't have a charging light.

I left it on for about an hour and a half and still no light. I tried multiple outlets and other micro usb cables However there was no change. I tried turning it on and unfortunately I belive this product is faulty and I was hoping to get it replaced.
