Cancelled, but no refund
They communicated poorly
To whom it may concern;
Yesterday afternoon I made an order to the wrong location and was frantically trying to cancel it so I could use the money and purchase my food from the correct location. I called in an attempt to cancel and was put on whole for a while, but they eventually cancelled the order.
Although they cancelled it, they never communicated to me if I would be getting a refund or not, is there a reason for this and is there any possible way I can obtain my refund?! Thank you.
