Rude and unprofessional! Called to speak to a manager (said Derrick was his name) about my COLD and DRY food!
They were playing music so loud that they couldnt even hear me and eventually turned the music down.. once I explained my order and why it was not satisfactory to the manager he refused to replace the Entire order even though he remembered I was just in the drive-thru and remembered my exact order! Explained to him that I was on the other side of town and couldnt come back today, but I kindly asked if he could write my name down and replace it at a later date! Still refused stating it was company policies!
We all know that is a big lie!
Will be calling corporate next! Guaranteed!

- - Beans were flavorless and white, and carne asada was boiled and watery, wasting our money.
Me and my mom both ordered the carne asada barrito she got the meal the beans where literally white with no flavor, and the carne asada was dripping water from being boiled it was disgusting I could not eat it my family had just been there the night before and the meat was great not boiled. But they got lazy with ours and boiled it and gave us wet tortillas.needless to say we wasted our money and were left hungry.
