General mgr *** stated he would refund money back to the credit card due to bad chicken Philly. It's been 7 days and no refund.
*** stated he completed the refund on 5/26/2026.
He stated if not received by today to call the corporate office. The transaction was for $14.

Hair inside of my food.

- - A long piece of blonde hair was found inside my chicken Caesar wrap, and the manager denied it.
I ordered from Taco Mac on Lawrenceville Suwanee Road, and as I was taking a bite of my chicken Caesar wrap, I felt something between my teeth. I pulled it out, and it was a long piece of blonde hair wrapped up inside my wrap.
I called the place of establishment and spoke to the manager, and all he said was he doesn't have anyone with blonde hair in his kitchen, as if I was lying about it. I have pictures of it wrapped up inside my wrap.
