Double payment without refund

I had a disappointing experience at the Taco Bell on 178 Argyle Street, Glasgow. On March 18th, 2025, I placed an order at the self-service kiosk, but it froze and didnt print a receipt.

However, the money (£13.76) was still taken from my bank account.

When I showed proof to the staff, they told me I had to pay again because the first transaction wouldnt go through. I trusted them and paid a second time. Later, I checked my bank statement and saw that both payments were processed, meaning I was charged twice for the same order.

I contacted Taco Bell for a refund and hope they will fix this mistake.

But this situation was frustrating, and I expected better customer service. Be careful if you use the self-service kiosk!

YOU COSTUMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

FIVE YOUNG PEOPLE ARRIVE AT THE RESTAURANT PLAYING WITH THEIR CELL PHONES AND PLAYING AMONG THEM. THE FOOD WAS THROWN OUT OF THE COLD GARBAGE, BUT THEY DON'T WASH THEIR HANDS OR CHANGE THEIR GLOVES, USING THE BROOM. INCREDIBLE

You would not believe it if I told you

I had the pleasure to go get food for my family at the Willis tx location it was really dirty the language coming out of your staff mouths and when I addressed it with your manager 3out of 4 of your staff justified their behavior but cussing more I spent $26 dollars on food I gave it back to them no thanks Ill never come back but I will call corporate and make a difference in this location for the management down this location needs help bad!!!

Complant on manager at woolwich

My daughter Angel was working fir your guys at the woolwich branch .. you have a manager her mane is Aukse..

she has made my daughter feel that she cant work there no more due to her being unprofessional..!! My daughter told her some confidential information.. which was private.. and your manger took it upon her self to tell other staff members that work there and talk bad of my daughter to other staff members too..!!

This is unprofessional and not expendable either .. I want a full investigation as my daughter was made to feel awkward and didnt want to work there any more.. my daughters name is A gel chamberlain. My I also say payday is due on the 7th of February my daughter wants all the money that is owed to her that she worked too..
