Tac Light Lantern Reviews

This company lied to us. We ordered 6 tac lights max and then ordered two more. They canceled the order for six. When we called customer service we were told they canceled it because it was a duplicated order but no one contacted us to check. We ordered more & were assured they would be here by Christmas but even the two that should have been here by Christmas will not be here. Fedex tracking states label was printed but item still with shipper. So we called customer service to cancel but they said it was shipped. They lie and tell you it will arrive on time so you will order, knowing full well that it will not. We were told different lies about how long it takes. DO NDOI know we're not the only ones with issues because we were on hold for at least 5 mins before finally talking to someone. People are not calling on December 22 to order...they are trying to find out where there order is.

Your people told me 2 place more orders and failed to tell me they were cancelled. Your representative was RUDE af . She blamed it on the order taker because they were on commission.

Silly *** tac lights, tax visors and tax shavers. What's next? Tac *** Tac butt plugs? Dumbest comments on television!
