Tac Light Lantern

This flashlight is much to large for my purpose!! It popped up on my email and I can't use it's size

This company lied to us. We ordered 6 tac lights max and then ordered two more.

They canceled the order for six. When we called customer service we were told they canceled it because it was a duplicated order but no one contacted us to check. We ordered more & were assured they would be here by Christmas but even the two that should have been here by Christmas will not be here. Fedex tracking states label was printed but item still with shipper.

So we called customer service to cancel but they said it was shipped. They lie and tell you it will arrive on time so you will order, knowing full well that it will not. We were told different lies about how long it takes.

DO NDOI know we're not the only ones with issues because we were on hold for at least 5 mins before finally talking to someone. People are not calling on December 22 to order...they are trying to find out where there order is.

Your people told me 2 place more orders and failed to tell me they were cancelled. Your representative was RUDE af . She blamed it on the order taker because they were on commission.

I was watching an advertisement for Tac Light Lantern last night and during one scene of the advertisement, there is a bright strobe light. I do not have epileptic seizures, but I know quite a few people who do and I do not want the company to undergo a lawsuit because they put someone into an epileptic seizure.

I have very good health and 10+ minutes after the strobe light was shown my eyes were pounding and burning. I believe that if the advertisement had a seizure warning it would be much more effective. Also, when I tried to call customer service, they did not pick up the phone 3 times.

The website says We are committed to providing the best products and friendliest customer service. But I don't believe that they have achieved this.

I have tried to email and i tried a agent got hung on by agent but is all because I had asked. if you guys were aware that when people are laying in bed alone and they have epilepsy if you know you guys can possibly but your hours different and.

I don't I mean I don't know what else had what else I can ask. their true disabilities out here where people.

because it's true l have had 2 have seizures in somebody can not come out of one and I think you guys need to think about that. maybe cut the strobe out of the commercial that would be great.

I received a Tag light lantern today. When I made the purchase they were advertised two for price of one , just pay shippingBE . What happened??

Your commercial comes on between 9pm to 2am 4 times the super bright strobe has thrown me in to multiple seizures I feel like you guys should take the stone option off the commercials and put a warning sign at the beginning!

Customer service reps are extremely dishonest and rude! Lied about the tracking number the day of delivery even issuing a refund .

Managers are of zero assistance and I have yet to receive the product I paid for. This is not a company that is concerned about customer service or honesty whatsoever everyone beware !

I placed an order 11-1-2016 with the understanding that I would be receiving my order in 3 to 4 weeks and have not received my order yet. I called around 12-1-2016 and was told that they would be shipping my order around 12-15-2016, I just called today 12-27-2016 and was told that it was on back order and that they had no idea when they would be able to ship my order.

I am still seeing their TV commercial on the TV all the time. I am having my doubts.

On their TV comercial they say that it is hard to find anywhere.... I am starting to wonder if they haven't found it yet and are just taking money and orders.
