Paid $135 that was to include ALL fees and activation charges when we got 4 new phones on a family plan. Told bill would run about $300 a month.
We also got 2 Eclipse 8 tablets (underpowered and only 1Gig) and were told that monthly access was $10 each and was included in the $300 months total. What do you know first bill includes $40 activation fee for each tablet plus taxes. I never would of taken the lousy tablets if I was told the activation fee was $40 each. Now trying to get bill squared via customer service what a joke, transfer from rep to rep and then given number to call to start all over again.
Ended up paying the charges as they threatened to cut off service which we need as my son is under going cancer treatments at Sloan in New York. I would drop them in a heartbeat except I need their coverage in the hospital right now.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced and they don't care at all. The reps are all there to sell you anything extra they can rather than to resolve or solve any issues you have.
