Ordered a table saw...shipped promptly but when it came there was a crack in the base of the saw. Called the 800 number and got the phillipines.
Transferred 4 times all over the phillipines i think. Finally the last phillipine rep tell me i need to return item and pay shiping. Well that was 2 hours of my life ill never get back. Hung up the phone and ill live with the crack.
No wonder this company will b defunked soon. My last purchase at Sears
