I recently purchased a note 5 within 4 months the screen stopped working keep in mind i pay $200 a month thats including insurance when i reported it it took them a month to replace it they told me the note 5 was no longer available so they upgraded me to a BROKEN NOTE...

I had got two itemas at two differnt times one is a bedroom set and the other is a dining room table both on the 90 days same as cash. on today 7/30/16 the final payment for my bedrrom set is due i go into pay it the person told me that i was a week late with my dining room payment so ok i was i was away so i go to pay last week and this week and close out my bedroom set he goes you have to pay 3 weeks to bring it up current but how im pnly one week late i wanted to just pay the past due and current and pay off the nbedroom set he said you cant pay off the bedroom set with a balance i said i dont have one im bringing it current and paying that off in full unless i get the extra week you won't be able to make the 90 days and its going to cost you alot more money to pay it off i said thats *** i said come get the dining room table then he said wed or thursday i said no that would be after my 90 days and im not going to loose my bedroom set for that he said you dont have a choice if you dont pay the extra week. i told him to pick it up on monday both of them if im gonna loose money we all going to loose money i will set it on the curb at 4am when i got to work i hope he gets it cause we both gonna loose on this deal..scammers and rip off artist had i had of remember or they called i could have paid them over the phone...

i went to rentacenter at nellis and owens las vegas nevada to look for some furniture and T.V and i noticethis diamond shape of table with 2high chair and 2bench so i ask how much is cashprice from Jose but he gave me monthly rate of 120 a month for 12months but i said i wanna buy in short term i paid the first month i notice that the store manager is having little chat with other custumer at that time he had his knee on the bench while the custumer is leaning on the table and he knows i just paid and wanna buy that dining i ask Jose is it in good condition and i find out they dont make them sets any longer it was a nice table set but when i i was checking the bench it was loose so i told jose make sure its service before they deliver it to my apt.he said ill take care of that but what really ticks me off is the manager was sitting on the table i mean i used to sell cars sir and when someone buy the car its not polite to lean on it or put ur foot on top of the bumper would you like that.but this manager is just rocking his knee on the bench what happen to code of costumer care conduct he never follow up on what his employee was telling me like asssurance instead he dont seems to care at all.then month later i saw a alle wrench screw by the table so i check it was from the bench so i called ask for Jose about the table the lady told she was busy with custumer that he will call me back almost aweek no calls from Jose now im very upset icall again the lady said same thing so i told herb thye problem so she scheduled to have it repaired by following week nobody came i called again lady again answer she said they came that day i said if they i never saw them or any note from the store so she rescheduled it again but no avail i called again this time manager send Jose to fix it the fo issue so Jose came made him lunch i found that the support wooden frame and most of the screw are worn out and Jose put wooden glue for the broken piece and put regular screw instead of alllen wrench screw which is more stable.i call the store again ask for the corporate office number but the lady said why becoz they know i will complaint about how i been given wrong info and Jose gave new price for that table but i said to Jose i dont care as long its in good condition yet it was never service before it was delivered to my place and the store never even bother to call me to rectify this problem.The sad part i called him few weeks ago see if he can do something coz this is thye third time i was *** by few of your store on July i call other sore Edgar Charge me $375 month for bed and living sets that is not even brand name sets next incidence Jesse from las vegas store i call to see if theres any bedroom sets im looking at online instead he keep saying he got nice bed set inc.matress for $700 dollars clean nice set so i bought month later i was looking at the sets online for 719 new one worst i notice crack headboard cabinet caving in lots of discoloration in short i told this to the Nellis manager Mono not sure of spelling then he was really upset and flatly told me he cant help me thats other store is my problem so i call the office talk to Frank and Tony their District manager here in las vegas area nice people very professional not like this manager at nellis also i told Jose how many months is the pay as cash he said 4mos.i paid $320 so far Sir i dontmind that but selling me defective unit now i have to exchange the bedroom coz las vegas manager did the same thing nothing but thanks to Tony i get to pick and i make sure i see the product coz they just ripping me off like i said i dont mind the price but bad products is worst.i dont know how the Nellis/owens sore how he got to be a manager.no courtesy very rude unprofessional employee and i was gonna get me extra bes set coz i got 2br apt now but im going to AARONs to get one.when this thing is resolved sorry to say that you never see my self in any of your stores in las vegas for what happen to me would you blame me sir. p.s i ask the shop forestimate it would cost over thousand to fix the problem coz in case i return and he sells it somebody might get hurt coz its worn out woods supports sir ok ty Sammy Cuaderno 7025318559/7027683505 call me if ugot question
