Can never log in on line and cannot get anywhere on the phone

cannot log in does not recognize email or phone number and they have been deducting out of my account for 3 years. When I do get on line there is no information but a balance.

Now it's 2021, and they still have a filing on me.

Even after calling and sending emails, no one will address this issue. They kick the can down the road by giving me a dead end email address and no one will speak in person on the matter.

Preferred solution: Remove the filing form any entity they palced it with. TXSOS, etc...

I called TAB on a Monday to have a bankcard expedited, called back on Wednesday to check on it and they had forgotten to send it so it will be a week before I get it,they wouldn't wave the fee,
