T zone machine - worst service ever
Six weeks ago I bought a tzone vibration machine in Calgary at some Mall show and it stopped working after 2 days. I tried immediately to reach the seller but their number has been disconnected. I then tried to contact T Zone in Alberta and they do not reply to my submission form. Their website does not even have an address or a phone number to call them. This is the biggest headache that i have ever had. I am so mad at them. Their customer service is a joke. My sister who lives in New Foundland also bought a T zone and it worked fine for about 3 months then it went dead and no service. I am so disgusted with T zone i do not want anyone else to have this same problem.

T Zone Vibration
After 2 weeks our T-zone vibration machine startled rattling and banging it sounded like something was banging against the top of the foot base. we shut the machine down immediately and
started trying to contact the company We get recordings that tell us they will return a call in 24 hrs, didn't happen. We tried the email address listed below, no response and the extension listed below when we call that number is non-existent.
We are at our wits end on where to go for help
