These people apparently don't understand what a guardian is or does
- - I am guardian trying to access my brother's 401(k).
- - They demand a POA, not recognizing guardianship.
- - Ward is declared incompetent and can't sign a POA.
I have been trying since late last year to get this company to give me access (as his guardian) to my handicapped brother's 401 K. They keep insisting I submit a POA, not understanding or refusing to understand that when a guardianship is granted, the ward is declared incompetent and CAN't sign a POA.
I can't get my calls elevated to a supervisor and every time I call I get a different answer about what to do. Today the customer service rep told me I would probably have to go back to court to get a POA for my brother and I should probably contact a lawyer.
I could go on but does anyone have any suggestions about dealing with these people? Worse customer service ever.

I needet to contact this company because of a letter I recieved from them with no clue for which they wanted me to contact them. I´ve tried to asked them over the messenger on their website, but it doesn´t work. I´m not able to call free from Germany.

Wire Transfer Gone Wrong
- - 20k was transferred on 6/14/20 to my checking and funds are missing due to routing-number issue.
- - T-Rowe blames the bank and says funds were not received.
I transferred 20k on 6/14/20 and the Money was Transferred to my personal Checking, However later I was told about a special Routing Number for Wires. Now My 20k Is missing and Nobody can Help.
T-Rowe is blaming the Bank and My Bank claims Absolutely No funds were ever received. T-Rowe will Not help Assist Looking or tracking these funds.
( Or Take any Responsibility what so ever ) Nobody can help. NOW what is the protocol for LOST FUNDS IN CYBER SPACE ?
