Non existent Customer Service!!!!!!
I placed an order 10 days ago. The item said expect 7-10 days to be shipped.
Its been 10 days, and my order was just updated to show its not shipping for 2 more weeks!!!! This was a gift and order almost 3 weeks in advance of the date i need it by. Cant get a hold of ANY customer service. Sent many emails.
Called the seevice number many times. No response or answer to any of them.
