Flat Out Liars!
- - An extended warranty was bought for a used 2013 Wrangler from a Ford dealer.
- - The staff lied about the warranty; radiator bad; no help available.
I bought the extended warranty when I purchased my used 2013 JKU through a Ford dealership and everyone (salesperson, sales manager, CS rep at Ford, mechanic) lied about this warranty. They sold me a Wrangler with a bad radiator in October and when I tried to use my warranty this month (March) there was no one around to help.
There is zero integrity at this particular dealership and with this warranty.
Now I have to buy a radiator and pay to have it installed AND I have to fight to cancel the warranty before I give them another dime of my hard earned money. Do not waste your time or money buying into this fake "warranty".
- Empty promises
- Lack of communication
- How we have been treated
Preferred solution: Full refund
