Bad customer service, broken items
They could not take responsibility for their incompetent handling of items and I was compensated 16.00 for a 56.00 dollar item. They have horrible customer service and are incompetent. Took them a month to contact me and this is how they handle things.
Sent a broken item, ignored me for a month and refuses to resolve the situation. They took a month to get back to me and cannot resolve the issue.
