They have contacted and send out a different technician from a different company to see they can get a different outcome but nothing change in fact the conditions had worsened now my out door unit got damaged because it got overworked since it could not meet the thermostat settings. They did not contact me to explain the technician called me and said that the claim was denied.

I ended up hiring a business called Fixd and they came out and removed the old unit and replaced it with a complete unit for $5200.00 now my thanks to fixed I have a working unit after being with no AC over a month. The reason a had systemsprotect home service was because I am away from home cause of work and I wanted to be troubled free for my wife and kids but they had to go through *** because systemsprotect let us down. I don’t think I will get anther service like this. I have canceled my service with them.

I am no longer renewing my contract. My contract was going to renew this November.

I got a system protect plan but when login in it went to cinch warranty home service. Alert this is not a good home warranty service they try to find ways to deny your claim.

Also they do not have the face to call you and tell you about it. when you find out because a third party contractor tells you because you called to find out of the status. than I tried to contact cinch and your call will not go to them but the third party company the same ones that were going to fix your problem. In my case it was temperature control.

If you are wondering what happen at my place, my air conditing stop working I called and got a service code number after paying my deductible. than i had to call the temperature control and they came out and told me that my Evaporator coil needed to be replace. so, the day they were coming out I called them to ask about the time and I was told the warranty was not going to cover it and he also said he was not understanding why . but the week before they had come out to because the primary drain pan had *** and the water was not staying on the primary pan but it was going to the secondary pan.

but it would not be cover by the warranty because its not a key component of the air condition it does not effect the function of the ac system. I was disappointed so I looked at the agreement contract and yes it did said that they would not cover the pan but it did said that they would cover a evaporator coil but they did not. the excuse was the evaporator coil is leaking because it got rusted due to the condensation line dripping on it and the pan holding water cause the evaporator coil to rust. like condensation is not part of the process of ac system LoL please they could not come out with something better.

Do they even know how ac system work? if this was the case the unit would not have two drip pans. If what happen to my system is not ware and tare than what is. I know they call a component factory defect a ware and tare.

and if you think I am making this up my cinch plan # is 9987****. I must say that the people at temperature control is good people they are very respectful and professional, I am not sure why they are work with a home warranty like cinch they are degrading themselves.
