Called the main number and left messages on the owner's voice mail...waiting to hear from him. I didn't sleep guarding my home. Monday at 8:05 a female calls me stating that she see alerts on her panel , and when I informed her of my frantic calls she tells me that she was/has the "after hours" phone, and didn't receive my call.

No, it can't save my life but it can alert me and the authorities so that I can have a fighting chance. if I don't have that then what am I paying for?
