Problem with nordlys system

The new representative of nordlys in Greece as soon as he made a so called “service” he insisted on doing the system started to have a problem that was addressed as “water pump” failure. I have three weeks without the machine and disappointed clients and no update the last 12 days from him.

I am extremely disappointed as I have no timetable of the solution to this problem and no reliability as far as he is concerned. I think a company of your reputation would have representatives very well trained and well manered in terms of flexibility,quick solutions and at least close update.

I also own candela alexandrine pro (Innova medical) and they are very professionals. Thank you in advance

Very disappointed in the follow up.

I started treatment for cellulite reduction with the Vela shape in April. They took before pictures, I kept every appointment did exactly what they asked me to do, paid my $4000, and at the end of my treatment saw a little to no results.

I was not expecting to look completely smooth, but in the beginning at my first consultation they told me that it would work. I wrote a letter explaining my situation asked them to look at my before and after photos and give me their professional opinion. I have not heard from them.

$4000 is a lot to spend with no visible results, and no one calling to address the situation. I would not recommend this company
