Tried to make a warranty claim

Bought a refurbished iPhone with an extended warranty and a syncwire charging cable was included. In the packaging was a warranty card that stated there was a Unconditional lifetime warranty!

The cable lasted a month and quit working. I reached out to them and they began by saying I needed to provide an order number and receipt. I showed them what I had from the company I bought the phone from and that was insufficient for them. They began telling me that I had reached out to the wrong company and giving me a run around.

At that time I reassured them that I absolutely contacted the right company and sent them pictures of their packaging and at that time they claimed to not offer a lifetime warranty.

Defeated, I gave up saying screw it I dont want a replacement of such a crap product but sent them a photo of their lifetime warranty card included in their packaging. I have not heard anything from them since!
