I have got it avery bad employe service by the management service there at that branch ( 351 Caldari Rd Unit A, Vaughan, ON L4K 4S9 Canada.

Because I started working as a mobile technician Since last week even Until this week , I was working with all sincerity and discipline, since last week, I have received very, very bad treatment and deals, ( just only with me) without out all the technicians with me, and even with new technicians he was dealing very good with them and spoke as well with them but , he behaved very badly unkindly (Just only with me)! .

Please Note that since last week and until this week, I get work done every day and I do not talk to colleagues during work hours. But unfortunately, he is the team leader. I didn't not see him sitting at his office. Every day I saw him sitting with the team behind us, laughing, talking, talking, and joking with him.

Others and work were behind us, with all due respect, it was like a café or cafeteria! The supervisor he knew that very well about this and did not inform him or prevent him at all, we did not see the supervisor except in very, very rare cases.

The supervisors doesn't follow-up with him his follow are very weak and did not know what was happening and what was going on! .

Unfortunately, I did not receive a response from the administration, because the administration by the supervisor here in Canada treated me very unfairly, and my right was lost.

Unfortunately I have got a very bad experience with them by the supervisor and some of the Management team, the there at that branch ( 351 Caldari Rd Unit A, Vaughan, ON L4K 4S9 ) Canada.
The team lead he is very rudeness so much every day I did not see him sitting at his office. Every day I saw him sitting with the team behind us, laughing, talking, and joking with them and Others people work were behind us, with all due respect, it was like a café or cafeteria .
The supervisors his job was very weak and not really good management, unfortunately he can't control it and he dont follow-up, and did not know about yesywhat was happening and what was going on there!!
This bad situation it's efacts for the background of the company
