Very mediocre at best (bad support and functionality)
For 3 months I've been trying to get helpful answers from their support team (after paying $40) for this software that was responsible for deleting many contacts from my phone, and is very clunky to use with a terrible UI. They are a tech company who keeps telling me when I get upset that no one has responded to me in weeks about questions, that their support email address "doesn’t work right".
Yet somehow they get the messages when I ask for a refund. Every response from them is different with regards to the same set of problems I have had with the software. I have complied with every single thing they've asked me to send and still I have no answers. I feel they are just wasting my time *as if* we are working towards a solution.
Any other product company at this point would have apologized for this extremely mediocre support, and as a courtesy refunded me (even partially) after all this hassle. issues. This pretty much sums up my entire experience with your company.
It’s inconsistent and not helpful. I would never recommend this product or any by this company based on my experience.

Syncmate erased my calendar events for good
Syncmate by Eltima Software was downloaded to sync the Samsung phone with the Mac. It promptly deleted all calendar events on both the phone and the Mac.
Eltima service is non-existent, they email every so often asking alot of questions and take no action. Lucie Connor and Stanley Bennet are customer service reps that will not speak to me by phone, only via endless, fruitless emails. I urge this company to re-evaluate it's service policies to include any and all complaints.
I will be looking for an alternative solution. Sincerely yours, A would have been loyal customer.

This is a scam app! I am having a problem getting rid of it. I am also starting to think that the people who are writing positive reviews of this carp are people how work for this "company."
