Price from you to renew my subscription is $AUD 40.99 per year.

Your website has Premium+ 12 Months as EUR 10.79 per year.

Conversion of EUR 10.79 to AUD is $17.83 Aud.

I believe that you are overcharging me and if I don't get a satisfactory responce I will have to cancel my subscription. Thank you.

3 times premium

On 16-03 -**** I took out premium + and it is automatically renewed every year.

As you send me a message every year that I can take out premium + as a loyal customer, I have now accidentally done this twice. Namely on 25 August 2023 and 6 June 2024.

Which was not necessary. Because now I have 3 instead of 1. Now when I open the app, I am logged in with email znqnjh5bjw@***.com and not under my Gmail address gerardkramer @***.com with the original premium+ which I am still paying and can continue to pay.

So the premium+ from 25 August should stop and the premium+ I only took out on 6 June should be cancelled and I would like to receive the money back.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I recieved an explanatory e-mail. Thanks to YOU!!

Sygic has unclear instructions in their Navigation program, and I asked Customer care to clarify the problem in many e-mails - No response.
I Quote mail contents:-
MY PROBLEM IS AS FOLLOWS
What confuse me is the wording at the bottom of the description
There are three types of curves: soft, medium and sharp curves
THE TOP VALUE OF A MEDIUM CURVE IS THE INITIAL VALUE OF A SHARP CURVE.
Unless my English is very bad, I do not follow the logic in the BOLD sentence.
This is the first issue I would like to understand
The second question is the degree setting. In the image above
Let us be very specific:-
As I understand, the meaning of these settings above will mean the following:-
1.

If I drive in a straight line and there is a 126 Deg turn coming up I will be notified of a SOFT turn see sketch hereunder
2. Similar, if a turn comes up diverting 84 deg I will be notified of a sharp curve

Als ik in de app zoek naar benzineprijzen, dan worden er hele oude prijzen getoond. Deze zijn niet meer up-to-date.
