Rang another Sydney tools in Brookvale to cross reference the sales and the guy hung up on me after I explained to him the issue.
Mind you I was frustrated after the 3rd call due to poor customer service and there over talking rather than listening.

I have been a long time loyal customer my whole career which spans 22 years.
And have invested plenty but have NEVER been treated this poorly from Sydney tools EVER.
There should be a customer rep who deals with these issues and follows through. After Taree had the flood I was I.
There supporting their business, and they welcomed me . Now I'm stuck with a faulty tool.

Issue with purchasing
Payed for 3 heated jackets, took one home, other 2 on order, called 2 weeks latter told would be in store within the week. One month latter still no jackets no phone calls!
Went into store and was told no more stock and if I still want them have to pay extra $120 each on what I had already paid!
Asked for money back they told me only do store credit extremely pissed as I dont want to spend another cent in this store! Online app doesnt show any of my purchases or store credit, have asked multiple times for assistance to rectify this and to hard for them to do.
